The unforgettable moments of 2024 make me feel blessed to have been ‘Chosen’ by you. We've consolidated a cycle of significant and sustainable growth for our project, the result of the hard work of our entire team, the love of our fans, and the professional management that guides us. These achievements were not the result of chance, but of planning initiated in 2022, consolidated and strengthened by the lessons learned in 2023. We've completed three years of SAF, and the numbers achieved during the last cycle have been fantastic. Just as on the field, we've achieved unprecedented feats off it. 

 

In the financial area, we recorded revenue of over R$700 million, the highest in our history. We significantly increased the market value of our squad, now estimated at R$950 million. Working with great passion and care for our club, the management model has yielded sporting results and a significant financial impact: a 323% increase in revenue from competition participation and prize money, reaching R$258 million, representing 36% of SAF's total revenue in 2024. These results demonstrate the success of the Football Department's investment strategy—which encourages us to continue investing in this business model and new signings. With an eye on building an increasingly glorious future, we increased our investment in the youth teams by more than 100% and strengthened the professional football infrastructure to offer the best working conditions for our athletes. These are important steps that we are transforming into a legacy.

 

The Camisa 7 fan membership program was a spectacle in itself, reaching historic heights with over 81,000 members - another unprecedented feat - and a 73% growth in revenue, totaling R$48.6 million in 2024. Product sales saw an impressive 182% jump, reaching R$66 million in revenue in 2024, driven by global interest in the collection, which was voted the most beautiful in the world and called a "masterpiece" by international specialized websites, the result of in-house design work by our brilliant Branding Department. 

 

It is worth highlighting our commitment to the club's historic membership debt, assumed in solidarity through the shareholders' agreement. From 2022 to 2024, we reduced liabilities by R$474 million through significant payments and exhaustive, successful renegotiations with creditors, thanks to the credibility of SAF's executives in the agreements signed. 

 

We will remain committed to a project of professional management, responsible growth, and the relentless pursuit of success. The Botafogo Way also takes place off the field, and our mission is to ensure this leadership is always exercised, despite all the challenges. After all, we are the current champions of the Americas! We are the current champions of Brazil! We are Botafogo: we belong at the top! In the following pages, we present our Financial Statements and the 2024 Management Report, prepared with rigor and responsibility.
